Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The Farmer's House Gift Card (and E-Gift Card) is not valid until purchased and paid for on our ECommerce website or in our markets. 

By purchasing the Gift Card, you are certifying and representing to The Farmer's House, Inc. that the activities in connection with which the gift cards will be used comply with these terms and conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that the gift card will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to The Farmer's House, Inc. or its customers. 

Gift Cards purchased in our ECommerce store are only valid on our ECom store. Gifts cards purchased in our brick and mortar stores are valid online and in our stores. 

All Farmer's House Gift cards are not debit or credit cards and can only be used at The Farmer's House, Inc. markets. Gift cards may not be used towards program fees for services rendered for our clients. There are no implied warranties.

Except to the extent where required by law, no portion of the balance of the Gift Card is refundable or redeemable for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Gift cards purchased in our brick and mortar stores are reloadable in our brick and mortar stores only. E-Gift cards are not reloadable. For questions about possible replacement for a lost Gift Card, an original receipt must be presented to [email protected] or to a Store Manager.

The Farmer's House, Inc. is not responsible for any unauthorized use of a Gift Card. You agree not to hold The Farmer's House accountable for any expenses or liabilities. 

The Farmer's House, Inc. reserves the right to deactivate or reject any gift card issued or procured, directly or indirectly, in connection with fraudulent actions unless prohibited by law. 

To use your gift card issued in our brick and mortar markets, simply enter the card number into the box in our online checkout, or present the card for redemption in our brick and mortar stores. If a remaining balance is due, additional payment will be requested to complete the sale.

You agree that you will not resell your The Farmer's House gift cards without our consent. Gift cards may be used in many ways - as personal or business gifts, but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities (including without limitation via website, internet advertisements, email, telemarketing, direct mail, newspaper and social media posts) unless you obtain our written approval.

The laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to principles of conflict of laws apply to the terms and conditions and use of your gift card or to anyone it is gifted to. The Farmer's House, Inc. is in Platte County, Missouri to where the purchaser or user of a gift card will consent to exclusive jurisdiction.

The Farmer's House, Inc. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time at our discretion, which changes we may provide to you by any reasonable means, including without limitation, by posting the revised version of the terms and conditions at www.shopthefarmershouse.org.
